**Pets MUST be kept on a leash and  watched and cared for at all times.  You are expected to pick up after your pets!

A $100.00 Deposit per cottage is required.  It  must be received within 10 days of booking to reserve your cottage.  Your check should be made payable to Howard Kaney.  If you need to cancel, your deposit will be refunded only if we can fill your reservation.

 

Checkout time is 9:00AM, Check-In time is 2:00PM, unless prior arrangements have been made.
